Leading stock exchange National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday said it will conduct mock trading (contingency) for various segments on 7 September.
The stock exchange in separate circulars said, the mock trading (contingency) has been scheduled for capital market (equities) trade, securities lending and borrowing markets, futures and options segments, currency derivatives and commodity derivatives.

The log in session for capital market segment, futures and options will be between 10.15 am and 3.30 pm. Though the morning block deal window session-1 will open for 15 minutes at 9.45 am.
The normal working session for currency derivatives is scheduled to open at 10 am, while commodity derivatives will open at 11 am, and will close at 3.30 pm for both the segments.
The treading hours for securities lending and borrowing market will be from 10.15 am to 12.15 pm.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) guidelines require stock exchanges to conduct mock trading on a monthly basis to test trading and risk management related systems and applications.
