Bajaj Auto on Tuesday reported a 35% decline in domestic motorcycle sales at 1.77 lakh units vs 2.73 lakh units in the same month a year ago.
The company's total sales for September were down 20% at 4.02 lakh units against 5.02 lakh units in the same month in 2018.
The company’s exports also fell by 2% at 1.86 lakh units against 1.90 lakh units on a yoy basis, the company said in the press note.

Bajaj Auto Ltd is currently trading at Rs2,925, down by Rs16.9 or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs2,941.90 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs2,911 and has touched a high and low of Rs2,976.05 and Rs2,907.45 respectively.
